I bought this while pregnant. I have a few other nursing bras by bravado - but I was still looking for some 'shape' when I get dressed up. Not the standard uni-boob the shelf bra / sports bra style gives you. I've been an underwire girl forever, so giving up underwire b/c I heard it 'bad for breastfeeding' was the main reason I started off with non underwire maternity bras. As far as that rumor goes... it's not true - you can wear underwire, and it's not going to ruin you as far as your milk production goes... mind you, in the early days a lounging bra may be more comfortable - but at some point post baby, you and your mate may want to go on a date - and heaven forbid you'd want to feel sexy and have two boobs - you can still rock the underwire with nursing features. So, my thoughts on this bra - reviewing the pictures online, I was expecting a thicker material or perhaps some sort of padding / density to the cup portion of the bra. (I'm in a G cup right now... I don't want padding... but, a little thickness in the material to conceal my nips would be nice). The other thing, the fabric is thin - choose your nursing pads wisely - with the bra and a light coloured / form-fitting shirt everyone may be able to see that nice circular outline that is catching any leaks. Awesome. Use the mirror, bright lighting before you leave the house... and maybe bring a shrug INCASE you notice once you are out and about... One thing I will say about the bra fabric... it washes easily, it dries quickly and even 'spot treating' it works great. A nice breathable fabric so it really never gets any scent stuck to it. (deodorant / body / etc)The size... is accurate - if you use a measuring tape and follow the chart properly. Yes - it feels surreal that now you are pregnant and all of a sudden you are THAT size - but guess what, it happens... and you want to go for comfort now and the bigger the boob the better the bra needs to be - this is a really good price for a bra that provides good comfort and support. The construction of the bra... if it fits right, (because you measured it and accepted what size you are)... the fit will be comfortable. The clasps are strong to hold up your new found boulders - and the clasps are easy to use one handed! Which means baby gets fed quick and smooth... you can even do it in the dark! The straps are wide enough, the don't dig into the shoulders - once you adjust them they stay put. The support is great! The clasps are easy to use, the fabric has stretch so you don't feel overly restrained.Basically, this is a pretty good nursing bra... the only issue I had was the fabric - but, that can be worked around. Since the fabric isn't all that bad... and well - many nursing bras seem to have the same 'we can see everything' effect this one at least provides support / comfort and everything else you need!I ordered a 32H in this bra and was upset when the box came and read "sizes C-H." I looked at the bra thinking this couldn't possibly fit. But I tried it on, and to my surprise, it fit. I was looking for something that lifted the girls up and nice looking, but still comfortable. In the mirror, with a tank top on, it seemed like it separated my boobs a bit to the sides. It seemed odd looking when I looked down at them too. But I asked a few second opinions and was told they looked great. I was used to the Le Mystere Sexy Momma bra, which gave great lift and shape, but made them look extremely huge and the underwire is not very comfortable for long at all. This bra somehow made them look a bit smaller but still nice. Still noticeable of course, but less pornstar-ish. After a few hours of wearing it, I was in love with this bra. Maybe you have to break it in or something, but it no longer looks like my boobs are a bit off to the side. The material on the underwire does curl in a bit, but so far, after 2 weeks, this has not bothered me. The cups are pretty thin as well. I always wear Lansinoh dispoable breast pads when wearing this bra and they do not show under any of my clothes: tanks, tees, and dress shirts, but re-useable breast pads would definately show through with this bra. If you prefer re-useablebreast pads over disposable ones, but you are large breasted with a thin waist and nursing, this is definately still a bra you would want to have to wear,(at the least) around the house. It is really hard to find a comfortable nursing bra in this size that actually lifts and looks decent.I’m regularly a 36G. Finding a nursing bra without a ton of padding but with actual underwire support seems impossible. I had to order a 38I to get a bra that fits. While my cup size increased, I think these run small. I really could use another cup size up, but the product stops at an I. Thankful that works, but it would be nice to have larger options. The bra is made well, I’ve worn 1 bra daily for 6 months and finally bought a second to rotate with. I’m still nursing every 3hrs so it is getting used heavily. I wash it on delicate and air dry and haven’t seen much break down other than normal stretching from my daily abuse.Others complain of no padding - this is a major plus for me. It’s not as hot, it has that “minimizing” effect, and I can use nursing pads if I’m worried about headlights.I love these nursing bras. I have been nursing one child or another since 2011, and have also nursed while pregnant, so that's a special nursing bra requirement as well. Lots of nursing bras have gone through here. I don't think I will ever buy another bra, I love these so much. Now, what I like might not be what you like, so: I love that these are unlined. I generally like unlined bras, but I really like them for nursing because I find them more comfortable to pull down. There is no strap padding. The straps for my size(s) are a tad thick, but nothing bulky and embarrassing. I did have another Anita bra with strap padding, and I did not care for it. There isn't a bazillion hooks. I have extenders if they're needed, but majority of the time I have a bra, I don't want to need them, and I don't want all that extra fabric. it is pretty streamlined. What I don't like: Really, I can't think of anything.I had another Anita nursing bra in a different style that I did not like. The bottom part rolled over, which was annoying. And as I already mentioned, the strap padding was not ideal. One last thing I want to mention about this bra. As long as you get it in a larger size, it is VERY forgiving. I originally bought this in a 32H. A few months later I bought it in a 32F. That's not an insignificant size difference. Even though the smaller bra is definitely what fits me *properly*, I can still wear the 32H comfortably. The cups go back way further than my breasts, but the cup is so moldable, that it still keeps everything in place just as it should. Now I'm hoping that larger size will last me through most of this next pregnancy!!This is the first nursing bra that I truly feel comfortable in! The flexiwire is amazing and so comfortable that I forget I am even wearing a wired bra. This bra gives a beautiful smooth silhouette under clothing as well and feels very lightweight to wear. I wish I found this nursing bra sooner! The only point to note is the sizing comes up small for this brand so I had to try a few sizes up before finding the perfect fit, for me going up one cup size was sufficient and found going up two cups was too big.I have bought this bra twice. The first one I ruined through washing in the washing machine but I was wearing it daily so it did well for a few months. The second one has lasted longer because I wash it in the machine inside a netted bag.I am breastfeeding my 4th baby and this is the best nursing bra I've ever purchased I have a very large bust and I cant believe after all these years that I didn't know you could get underwire nursing bras! This is so comfortable, I wear it 24/7 except for washing! Also gives a good shape and most importantly I didn't get that awful 'mono boob' thing going on as I did with non-wired nursing bras where your boobs stick together! This one keeps them nicely separate!Well worth the money.I bought a cup size and back size up as I'd read online that the sizing was a little different for this brand.I love love love how comfortable this bra is. Really by far and away the most comfortable bra I've found since being pregnant. Bought this as a maternity bra which will last through to nursing. It's got plenty of stretch in the cups so should do the job well. This bra was comfortable and easy to clip/unclip. Didn’t really do it for me though. Brought a Bravissimo unpadded nursing bra in the same size and felt like it provided so much more support.Product seemed well made and wires look like they would actually do something BUT I had to return this item due to sizing. Too small around the band and cup. Think if I ordered again I would go up a size in both directions. Hope that helps someone!
