I got an XL-Busty. Being a 40K in US sizes, I was shocked that while this does fit comfortably and is far more supportive than I anticipated, I think I could have gone down a size and been fine. That said, I am only 7 weeks pregnant and know from experience my boobs will gain 2-3 cup sizes. So I am keeping this size. The fit is so versatile. I could put a pillow to simulate 3rd trimester and the fabric was still opaque and supportive! Pulled out the pillow. Still fit beautifully and supportive and never exposed my lower abdomen unless I wanted to.The fabric... zOMG so soft and stretchy ant yet supportive. My areoles have been so sore I have not been able to wear a bra for 2 weeks, yet I can wear this bra & the tank top with the built in bra and I don’t feel any discomfort.Because of my bra size, I often wear nursing tank tops for yoga and yard work as they are the only I find that support and can almost fit my bosom. This brand is the best I have found. Literally donated 4 other brands I have used for years and replaced them with these cami’s. The bras I expect to use through my entire pregnancy, nursing and long after. I love the stretchy fabric in the belly. I am a “plush sized” woman (size 20) and this top has me looking smooth, but I don’t feel squeezed or restrained at all. I can tell it will stretch and look as good as my belly expands. I was dreading the discomfort of the seams in my talk tips and bras. This product has made me look forward to all stages of my pregnancy AND I LOVE the way they look and feel! I can’t believe I feel SULTRY in a nursing bra!! I have already told my friends that if they get pregnant, I’m buying them a nursing pillow, a Kindred Bravely Cami and a Kindred Bravely Bra!(I have even recommended a few friends who have their nips pierced to get this bra and tank. It takes a year plus to heal and they just unclip and have breast support while they do the salt water rinse on them. I have been told they love it too on days when their regular bra pulled the bar and they are sore!)I love this nursing cami. The ruching around the bust helps for big chests and little frames. I’m 21 weeks & a 32H and got the medium busty and it fits pretty well. A *little* on the smaller side, but it’s not bad. I might even go for a large as well bc I expect when I begin nursing I’ll get even bigger (sigh), though the measurements around the back w the medium are good. Adjustable straps also help with accommodating larger chest. Also feel sexy in it. The ladies look great. I highly recommend it.I have a 38H cup and after doing some research, this brand was one of the very few options. It fits like a thick and stretchy cami, but with any form of physical activity at all, I found no support and my boobs would slip beneath the bra cups. I tried taking out the foam bra inserts and still no luck. Disappointed.ETA: Follow the washing instructions. I don't think it needs to go through the dryer and mine did. It has pilling now. Still comfortable and I will buy again!I'm 5'6", 200 lbs at four weeks postpartum. My bra size those last few weeks of pregnancy was probably a 40 DDD, I'm now more a 36/38 full DDD. I believe I got a Large Busty based on my measurements, but I'm borderline for the XL-Busty.My first child, I tried to make do with a lot of what I had, other than a few cheap nursing camis. I used the two shirt method. I was hot and uncomfortable and felt unsupported. This time I've purchased a few nursing specific items, this being one of them. After a few days of use:* It's supportive to the postpartum stomach.* The fabric will probably make you hot. (Minus half a star for me)* It's comfortable considering the first two things I mentioned.* The padding is like what you'd find in a lightly lined bikini top. It isn't sewn in, which can be annoying (minus half a star), but has openings to take them out or adjust them.*It has a nice length but does roll up at times. For the record I have a short waist so length typically isn't an issue for me.Bottom line: Even with breastfeeding "headlights" and a larger bust I feel comfortable in only this for support. In terms of convenience and comfort this is my favorite nursing top. Only issues are it seems a bit long (and I like my tops long, so I mean excessively long) and I wish they were a bit softer and didn't fade as much in the wash.I do love this tank in general, and here's why:- Length is low hip- bra has adequate support- added cups (though I'll replace these with my own since the ones provided are pretty flimsy and cheap in my opinion)- sturdy clips and attachments- supportive slings- minimal possibility of back fat- price! I did my homework, and this is by far the best value for money to be hadThings that could be improved:- tops of cups are oddly loose (as another reviewer pointed out) and I don't think it's due to a fit issue -- see pic- the material is not compressive at all, and while not necessary it would be a nice option to have- looks like underwear, which is a bummer since I'd love to wear this all the time everywhereRegarding fit, I am 5'8" and currently 160 lbs postpartum (7 weeks). I have a 36D at the moment and often take a large or medium. I got this in large. My measurements are approx: 41-34-41 ***EDIT*** I received my replacement and opted for medium. Much better fit for me!!! ***end edit***Also worth noting is that my tank was delivered with half of the bottom hem completely undone. I hear the seller has great customer service, so I hope to resolve it smoothly. This is not a material one could sew up on one's own... ;) ***edit*** the service was great! No hassle, just sent a new one. That alone is a reason to buy. New moms need worry-free everything ***end edit***A lovely, lovely top. I'm not pregnant and I'm not a mother; I'm just a woman who hates wearing bras, but I know I have to have some support. Finally, after trying just about every non-bra option, I've found something that works. This top is a dream to wear under anything - it's not bulky, doesn't creep up, doesn't dig in anywhere, doesn't give you a weird shape, but makes me feel everything is under proper control. I can wear it as a vest top on its own, or under a blouse, dress or whatever. I'm getting another for sure!Fits amazingly! Justbas much support as a nursing bra (if not better!) The tank is long and its tight but not uncomfortable tight. I wear it under a top and you would never know. Its perfect and ill definitely buy anotherI love this tank! It is supportive enough to wear during a day while I'm at work and importantly very very comfortable. I am 23 weeks pregnant and all of bras irritates my skin and uncomfortable even though they are maternity bras. I am small and wear size 8. My bra is 34D. Medium fits perfectly.Comfy, easy to wash and really helpfulA bit small
