There wasn’t a size chart provided on the product page so I went to the Kindred Bravely website. Based on their size chart my waits is a M but my hips a L so I went for L and they’re perfect. I do think the medium would be too tight especially right after having a baby! These are for postpartum and maternity but honestly you could use them anytime, they don’t have any compression or anything like that. They’re soft comfortable cotton underwear.
