I purchased my pre-pregnancy size 24 and these were very large on me. I expected them to be a little big in the belly since I’m only 18 weeks, but my thighs have already started to expand a little and I still had way too much room in the legs. I thought about ordering the 23, but I am not sure they would be much better. Definitely size down.
