I'm new in the maternity bra market, and at 21 weeks pregnant, I'm trying to minimize all the new stuff I have to buy, so versatility has been key in looking for new bras. I hate underwire bras, and all the wireless maternity bras I was coming across looked too granny or sporty. This Blanqi bra checks off a lot of boxes for me, especially for the price point. The cups are shaped like a normal bra, so I can wear it with lower cut tops. It comes in a variety of nude colors, so I was able to choose a color to match my medium skin tone. It comes with four rows of back clasps and the straps are adjustable from the front, making this bra easy to adjust to accommodate any unpredictable size changes throughout the rest of my pregnancy and postpartum days. One of the biggest deal makers for me is the ability to wear this bra with straight straps or crossed straps, so I can wear it with almost every top I own without the straps showing -- now I don't have to buy additional racerback bras! The only things that would make this bra perfection is if it had a second-skin feeling to it. While the fabric is still soft and comfortable, I'm used to the light silky feeling of True & Co bras and the Spanx Bra-llelujah (the latter of which has a maternity version but unfortunately only in a racerback and costs almost twice as much). Also, the band below the bust is wide, so I can feel it, especially when it scrunches between my bust and belly when I sit, but I'm sure I'll get used to it over time.I'm hoping to get by with just two of these Blanqi bras in my wardrobe for the next few months (one in nude and one in black), and once I have the baby, I can assess my additional bra needs. I was a 32C pre-pregnancy. I don't know my exact bra size now, but I think is around a 36B (or 32E, depending on the method you use to measure your bra size).Update : after 6 weeks of using these bras, I really like them. They're comfortable enough to sleep in and wear all day.
